Project Manager – High-Rise Buildings

Salary total package – Upto 35k SAR per month (this includes base and fixed allowances)

A leading construction organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major high-rise building developments across Saudi Arabia.

This opportunity is ideally suited to construction professionals with a proven track record of managing large-scale tower projects from mobilization through to handover, whilst maintaining full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, safety, stakeholder management, and overall project delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15+ years of construction experience
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience delivering high-rise building and tower projects within Saudi Arabia
• Demonstrated Project Management responsibility on high-rise projects valued in excess of SAR 500 Million
• Strong contractor-side construction background
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from planning and mobilization through to completion and handover
• Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management capability
• Experience leading multidisciplinary construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, and HSE management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of major high-rise building projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and commercial performance
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements
• Drive project execution and monitor performance against key milestones
• Manage client relationships and provide regular project reporting to senior stakeholders

Package

• Total package of SAR 35,000 per month (inclusive of base salary and fixed allowances)
• Visa sponsorship provided

Applicants must be able to demonstrate direct Project Management responsibility on high-rise tower developments exceeding SAR 500 Million in value. Candidates without significant high-rise project experience will not be considered.
