Construction Manager – Highrise or Villas Experience

Requirements:

• Oversee the entire construction lifecycle of high-rise building projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and timeline standards.
• Manage day-to-day construction activities, including site supervision, contractor coordination, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring strict adherence to project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams, including engineers, contractors, and laborers, to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve project challenges effectively.
• Monitor procurement and inventory of construction materials to prevent delays.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is must and having a master’s degree is a plus.
• Should have minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in high-rise or Villas building projects in the UAE region.
• Having PMP, DM or SOE certifications is added advantage.
• Proven expertise in project management, construction methodologies, and high-rise building codes and standards.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, municipality approvals, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
