Our client, a leading advertising and media company, is seeking a Data Scientist to join their dynamic analytics and insights team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and has strong experience in analyzing large datasets to drive marketing, advertising, and audience insights.
The Data Scientist will work closely with media strategists, creative teams, and business stakeholders to leverage data and deliver impactful insights that influence advertising strategies and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources (media campaigns, digital platforms, social channels).
- Build predictive and prescriptive models for campaign performance, audience behavior, and ROI optimization.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and performance trends.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, impactful way.
- Partner with marketing and media teams to optimize targeting, segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on emerging data science techniques, advertising analytics tools, and industry trends.
- Experiment with AI-driven models for personalization, customer journey optimization, and media planning.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics (advertising or media industry experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Expertise in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing solutions (BigQuery, Redshift).
- Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, media analytics, and attribution models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
