We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits to assist with our clients HR operations across the MENA region
Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits Assistance: Assist in the implementation of C&B strategies for the MENA region, including supporting salary surveys, position mapping, and the design of bonus schemes to maintain competitive compensation structures.
- Benefits Administration Support: Aid in managing comprehensive benefits programs, focusing on medical insurance, and assist in developing strategic training initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Strategic Presentations: Support the preparation and delivery of strategic presentations for regional General Managers, the Chief Operating Officer, and global meetings to effectively communicate C&B strategies and outcomes.
- Training Plans: Assist in the development and coordination of training plans to support employee development and organisational growth.
- Employee Engagement: Help foster employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Contribute to the analysis and reporting of HR metrics to monitor and improve HR performance and strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in compensation and benefits management within a multinational corporation, ideally as part of a broader HR generalist role. Experience supporting C&B across multiple regions is desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using office productivity tools, AI systems, and data dashboards for analysing and reporting on HR metrics.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications such as CIPD are advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, particularly in delivering presentations and crafting professional emails.
- Personal Attributes: Hard-working, humble yet assertive, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
