• Management of architectural project design teams. Ideally more than one at any given time.
• Responsible for the coordination and integration among multi-disciplinary design teams including specialist subconsultants, consultants directly employed by the client and other stakeholders.
• Charing coordination meetings and design workshops as required.
• Provides review support across disciplines to ensure quality and design issues are effectively addressed.
• Prepare design documents to enable reviews and resolve any comments made by the Client.
• Responsible for utilizing correct design standards and approved relevant local authority regulations, code compliance, NOC trackers, etc.
• Responsible for the production of the project deliverables as per standard procedures and contractual requirements.
• Responsible for defining the list of architectural drawings, documents and reports for projects and ensuring their production.
• Ensures design calculations are checked and comments resolved.
• Guide the Visualizers in producing high quality renderings, animations, and massing studies.

Requirements:

• Passionate about design and driven by creativity, with 8+ years of experience in designing a project from the early stage of Pre-Concept & Concept.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, VRay, Lumion and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Photoshop will be a plus.
• Strong previous experience designing mid- & high-end Residential and Hospitality projects from the early stage of Pre-Concept & Concept required.
• Degree in Architecture from a recognized international university.
• RIBA or AIA registration is preferred.
