About the role:

My client, a well-known marketing agency in Riyadh, is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving digital transformation. You will create and implement digital strategies that deliver measurable results for our diverse portfolio of clients, including technology and cybersecurity brands. This role will manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s objectives and industry landscape.
  • Campaign Management: Lead and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling digital content that resonates with target audiences, ensuring brand alignment across all digital channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and execute lead generation campaigns, utilizing CRM tools for lead tracking, segmentation, and nurturing through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and content creators to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital assets and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting or managing high-profile accounts across sectors.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, HubSpot, and AdWords).
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
